So far Santa Fe is amazing. The creative energy in the city is unbelievable. We have a few days left and I already don’t want to leave. Got this quick sketch in before we head off to explore the art scene
Excited to say I’m on my way to Santa Fe. Just spoke with my mom about how much this town influenced her art. Can not wait to explore and see how it might impact my own work. More pics coming soon! xx
PS this is a holiday and it’s freaking awesome.
I’ve never drawn an alligator. I’ve never drawn a crocodile. And I definitely have never drawn a vegan gator. But I think that will change after this piece, I had a little too much fun with this one. Prints are available here
I’m so happy I finally have a home on the web! (insert me jumping up and down here)
I think for most of you, you already know my style of art and the constant flow of creative ideas I push out to my social media pages. My artwork has always been both intricate and whimsical. And I had no idea 6 months ago that I would be sitting here with an art website, upcoming projects and commissions and a wonderful social media community (which is a huge driving force for me).
I’m not a huge text person, so this blog will be mostly images of my work. I’ll post everyday with upcoming projects, work in progress, finished pieces, commissions or clients I might be working with. I promise this site will be just as creative as my social media pages (hopefully if not more).
I can’t tell you how excited I am that you, wherever you are, are sitting in front of your computer and are reading this. That you have taken a few minutes out of your busy day to look up this site. I hope you continue to check back here everyday…if nothing else for a few quick minutes;)
Hope you enjoy xx
I couldn’t stop drawing last night and now I’m sitting here writing this post and trying not to jump up and down (again). Pretty exciting for me to share my work with you.
I woke up this morning to two cute robins outside my window. Ran for my pen and here we are…
Here’s a quick recap of some of my favorite pieces over the last 6 months! Let me know which are your personal favorites xx
^^ This was a great collaboration with Lady Artistica on instagram
I feel so blessed to be able to work on this website right now. The last 6 months have been pretty crazy and focusing a lot of my energy on my art has been just another blessing. This site means a lot to me and I can’t wait to start posting my work and upcoming projects!
Also seemed like a good time to celebrate with strawberry cake. #bestkindofwork
