N2 extreme gelato was our obsession while in Melbourne Australia last month. This place uses nitrogen to immediately freeze tasty gelato. They then add the yummiest, most creative toppings to each masterpiece they create (yep, that is a syringe of chocolate ganache).
We got the s’mores gelato because… well we are American 🙂
